Welcome to the International Society for Collaborating Scientists in Personalized Medicine  (ISCSPM) Web Site!

ISCSPM puts emphasis to the importance of the PostGenomic Science to Human Health: From the most common non hazardous genetic expressions to rare genetic disorders like those outlined in (2003) NORDS Guide to Rare Disorders among others. The direct and indirect effects of undesirable genes bringing in different types of physiological symptoms through their instigation in the making of or participation in various types of biochemical systems are one of the most important concerns of scientists in this field. The objective of preventing full scale expression of these genetic effects at earlier age is everyones' concern. It is a must that scientists must have thorough knowledge and experience in genetics in clinical practice. (A Virtual Workshop in "Genetics in Clinical Practice" courtesy of Wayne Grody, M.D., Ph.D., can be a valuable reference). Professionals specializing in nutrigenomics, environmental genetics and related fields are also very much welcomed. Through worldwide collaboration, we may come up with text books and journals on Personalized Medicine for professional use; be able to coordinate with agencies in the making and approval of orphan drugs; have access to databases of all chromosomal genes; be able to design the environmental and physiological parameters suitable for the needs of the patients; come up with advanced protocols for the molecular and cellular analyses of the disease and recommend or implement new treatments using molecular materials such as oligonucleotides, etc.

M.D.s, Ph.D.s, Professors, Researchers and other Professionals in this area Worlwide are invited to join.

The Scientific Members of ISCSPM will make it easier for patients worldwide seeking special specific individual appropriate diagnoses and treatments as well as enlighten  their present and future health conditions and prescribe the proper mode of treatment which include the type  of environment appropriate for the patient. These are physicians as well as scientists well trained in human genetic analyses that could read the genetic profiles of patients and the population and interpret their health conditions in a long range. Trainings will also be offered by ISCSPM for aspiring members. Collaboration and consultation activities among members  will be instigated throughout the world. This will increase our knowledge on the world's genetic pool and find the necessary intervention to stop  future genetic flaws in families as well as genetic epidemic in areas nearly devoid of genetic flow or the gene pool are becoming excessively dormant. There will be meetings on a regular basis, sattelite symposia and  international  conventions will be announced.
